ONLINE PARTICIPATION RULES
The contributions that are presented to the congress can benefit from the two modalities contemplated:
- Free-themed lectures.
- Presentations related to each of the Symposia.
Participation in the congress is open to any researcher, teacher and undergraduate and graduate student in the different areas of knowledge of each congress, for which they must register (at the address attached) by sending a summary of the presentation before the deadline date indicated in each congress, indicating the Symposium to which your proposal is attached.
In any case, they must be unpublished and of a scientific or professional nature. The papers accepted by each table president must be complete and sent before the date that is marked in each congress.
The number of contributions will not exceed two for the same person or work team, regardless of its modality. The contributions will be in Spanish and will be accompanied by the professional address and a brief curriculum (maximum ten lines of text).
Complete contributions must be sent indicating "Congress (with which it corresponds in each case)" via email.
The summaries and the presentations are the same as that of the in-person congress, the fundamental difference is that instead of intervening with the presentation in person, it will be done via the internet.
Certificates of participation
At the end of the online congress, a Certificate of Participation will be granted to all the speakers and attendees registered for the congress.
Publication of papers
The online papers, like the papers shown in the face-to-face conference, as they are registered will have the right to be refereed for publication, at the request of the author or authors, in a Collective Book on the subject of the Congress or in the Vectors Magazine (see the conditions of the "Publication of Papers" and "Norms of publication in book" and "Norms of publication in magazine").
Advantages of the online congress
The online Congress has been designed for the participation of researchers who, for reasons of remoteness from the central headquarters of the congress (mainly Mexico), as well as for work or economic reasons (travel expenses, etc.) find it difficult to attend in person, but if they can do it via the internet.
They are two different ways of intervening in scientific events, which complement each other.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TEXTS OF THE PRESENTATIONS
The text must consist of a summary and abstract, three to five keywords, text with or without conclusions, without references or footnotes with footnotes (which would be useful for the presentation of the presentation online, but not for the face-to-face Congress) and bibliography at the end of the text (Harvard type: in the text and at the end of the presentation, not at the bottom of the page). Between 5,000 and 40,000 characters with spaces, references included. DINA4 size or letter size. Left-right-upper-lower margins 2 cm. Calibri font 11 pt. Line spacing 1.5 points. With citations and bibliography according to Harvard regulations. The digital version must be sent in a Word file. Microsoft Word 6.0 or later processor. All the speakers will be granted a "Certificate of Participation" to the Congress, signed and with the logo of the organizing Institutions: Research Center for Comparative Studies of Latin America
A "Certificate of Participation" will be granted to the Speakers and the presidents of the table, as well as a "Certificate of Attendance" to the registered public.
Attendance is free (without proof, to receive proof you have to register).
In the online and face-to-face Congresses, all the speakers will be awarded a "Certificate of Participation" to the Congress, signed and with the logo of (all) the organizing Institution (s) and collaborator (s).
The record and the rights to be able to present the paper for its possible publication will be granted to the participants who have registered. All notifications about the receipt of abstracts, full text and resolution of the Scientific Committee will be made by email.
PUBLICATION PROPOSAL OF THE PRESENTATION AND CONFERENCE IN A COLLECTIVE BOOK ON A THEME OF THE EDUCATION CONGRESS
The speaker or lecturer must present the text with which he has participated in the congress, complying with with the formats requested for publication ("Book Publication Rules" and "Magazine Publication Rules"), after having been accepted in the arbitration, by blind pairs, and his selection having been confirmed by the organizing committee or the director of the congress, the author must provide financial support destined to the Research Center for Comparative Studies of Latin America (not directly to the book or magazine), for the edition of the collective book on a subject dealt with in the Congress or for the Vectors indexed magazine, which are published with the institutional support (not financial) of different academic and research institutions of national and international prestige.
Authors of collective texts must support the edition individually, that is, each of the co-authors must face the same type of support of $ 4500.00 as authors of book chapter or $ 4900.00 as authors of journal articles.
The paper can be proposed to be published as a book chapter following the non-substantive guidelines established in the "Book Publication Standards"; On the other hand, for publication as an article, it cannot be done with the text of the presentation, but must be totally original. In both cases the texts are refereed, but for the collective book, having previously been selected to participate in the Congress makes it easier for it to be admitted to be part of said book.
In collective texts, each of the authors must provide financial support for the edition individually and with the same amount to the rest of the co-authors. Thanks
