REGISTRATION PROCESS (donation in the form of a deposit)​

The deposit is in the form of a donation, although it consists of specific figures (because if it were not done this way, it would be an act of charity, it is intended to facilitate the maintenance of the activities that the Research Center for Comparative Studies of Latin America CiECAL has been carrying out, such as non-profit institution and without institutional support of any kind. Thank you for your collaboration.

FIRST STEP

Before registering, we recommend that you please check in "Types of registrations", the deposit that corresponds to you according to the condition and date of your partition (for example, professional speaker, early registration, etc.).

SECOND STEP

Select the "Donate" button, where you must complete all the personal data requested by Paypal, then click on "Accept and continue", to complete with the data of the debit card or visa... with which you are going to make the deposit until the end of the deposit.

And if you can and want to register in Mexico through BANCO SANTANDER, you must request the bank information from  ciecal@centro-ciecal.org

THIRD STEP

Send an email to  ciecal@centro-ciecal.org  where you must indicate your name and surnames, the institution in which you work, the degree or condition of academic studies in which you are at the moment, type of registration you are applying for (professional speaker, student speaker, professional assistant or student assistant –if you are an undergraduate or graduate student, you must attach a copy of proof of this academic condition to the current date, etc.) and indicate the date of registration and the deposit that corresponds to the type and date of registration ; All of this accompanied by a copy of the voucher of the deposit made by Paypal or deposit through the Bank, whichever corresponds in each case, so that the CiECAL Support Committee can send you the corresponding Registration Letter.

FOURTH STEP

Before you go to make the registration, you must take into account that the registration made from Mexico must be made in pesos through any national bank to the Santander Bank account in Mexico, which would be given together with the Letter of acceptance of the presentation, of requesting said information. Registration from outside Mexico in America is done in Mexican pesos through Paypal and in Europe (Spain) in euros;  the rest of the countries of Europe and the world must register in Mexican pesos through Paypal, clicking on the "Donate" button on this website.

When depositing in Paypal in Mexican pesos, from any country other than Mexico, Paypal makes the currency conversion directly without increasing its cost (it does not add any interest)  and without you having to worry about making the change, thank you for your understanding.

​ FIFTH STEP

After making the deposit to Banco Santander (in Mexico), Caja de Ingenieros (in Spain) or Paypal (from any country in the world) you must send the copy of the voucher that the bank or Paypal gave you to the CiECAL Congress Support Committee through of the mail  ciecal@centro-ciecal.org

For the Support Committee to send you the Letter of Acceptance of Speaker and to be included in the Program of the Congress in which you have registered, thank you

Note: Those who make the registration deposit from any country in the world -with the exception of Mexico and Spain- must do so in Mexican pesos through Paypal with the "Donate" button,  to the amount that corresponds to the type of registration that goes to Notice: The Paypal email at the time of "donate" is  ciecal@centro-ciecal.org  , therefore for any comment, question or contact  please do it through the following email  ciecal@centro-ciecal.org

CIECAL MULTI-CONFERENCES

Each speaker can participate in a maximum of two Congresses (when they are held on the same days of the year and it is also indicated in the call that they are part of a Multi-congress),  with one or two papers  at the same time, with the same deposit as if I did it in a single congress with a single presentation, thanks

REDUCTION

The speakers of previous congresses organized by the CiECAL when registering for the present Congresses will have a reduction of 10% of the registration deposit

CIECAL MULTISEMINARS

Each attendee-participant can participate with a maximum of two Seminars at  the time  (when they are held on the same days of the year and it is also indicated in the call that they are part of a Multiseminar), with the same deposit as if it were held in a single Seminar, thanks

REDUCTION

Attendees-participants of previous Seminars organized by CiECAL, when registering for the present Seminars, will have a 10% reduction on the registration deposit.

The donations are intended to cover the social, cultural and scientific services carried out by CiECAL Misiones AFB 

to meet the expenses of the activities organized by CiECAL
