Face-to-face congresses and online congresses
REGISTRATION TO THE PRESENTIAL AND ONLINE CONGRESSES (the deposit-donation of the registration to the face-to-face Congress gives the right to participate in the face-to-face Congress and in the Online Congress selected for the occasion)
The deposit is in the form of a donation, although it consists of specific figures (otherwise it would be an act of charity), it is intended to defray the expenses of the congress and to facilitate the maintenance of the activities that CiECAL has been developing, as an institution without encouragement. profit and without institutional support of any kind. No one is obliged to participate in said Congresses, it is done voluntarily and provided that you agree with the conditions / guidelines of CiECAL, thank you
PARTICIPATION AS SPEAKERS
Each speaker can participate with a maximum of two presentations per Congress, having to do so with only a single registration
CiECAL MULTICONGRESS
Each speaker can participate in a maximum of two Congresses (which are held on the same dates -when both Congresses are indicated as part of a Multi-Congress, as happens on some exceptional occasions-) and with two presentations at the same time, with the same deposit as if you did it in a single congress with a single presentation, thank you
DEPOSIT REDUCTION
The speakers who have participated in previous congresses organized by CiECAL when registering in these Congresses will have a deposit reduction of 10% in the registration.
REGISTRATION TO THE PRESENTIAL CONGRESSES
EARLY REGISTRATION
UP TO THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE DAY OF THE INAUGURATION OF THE CONGRESS
The registration to be carried out in Mexico will be done in Mexican pesos, abroad in euros (Europe) or US dollars the rest of the world (with the conversion of the amount of pesos to euros or dollars, whichever corresponds in each case)
In collective presentations, a reduction of 10% to the registration deposit of each of the co-authors would be applied to three or more authors, in the early registration, and 10% will also be applied to the registration deposit to the speakers who have previously participated in any of the Congresses organized or co-organized by CiECAL
